All PMSwag products are printed on demand and fulfilled by Printful. Orders are shipped directly from Printful's production facilities to your door.
Every item is made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves the facility.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package through the carrier's website.
We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes levied by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us at support@pmswag.com as soon as possible — we can only make changes before production begins.
If your package has not arrived within the estimated window, please first check the tracking information. If the package is confirmed lost, contact us and we will reship your order at no charge.
