1. About Our Products

All products are printed on demand by Printful and shipped directly to you. Product colors may vary slightly from what is shown on screen due to monitor calibration differences and print processes.

2. Orders & Payment

• All prices are listed in US dollars.
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards.
• An order confirmation email will be sent once your payment is accepted.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, with a full refund issued.

3. Production & Shipping

Each item is made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before shipping. Delivery times vary by destination — see our Shipping Policy for details.

4. Returns & Refunds

Because each product is made to order, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or sizing issues. Defective or incorrect items will be replaced at no cost. See our full Return Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All design text, graphics, and branding on PMSwag.com are the property of PMSwag. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our designs without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

PMSwag shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
